The Trigg County boys’ basketball team will be put into quarantine for 14 days due to a positive COVID-19 test on the team.  There will be no practices or games during this time.

Trigg County Athletic Director Matt Wilder said it will affect Friday’s district game at Lyon County, Tuesday’s district game at Livingston Central, and games with Hopkins County Central (Feb. 5), and Union County (Feb. 8).

The girls’ team is not affected by the quarantine and will keep playing.

It’s only the second COVID-19 related quarantine for a Trigg County athletic team since the beginning of the school year.
