Caldwell County sophomore Claire Knoth continues to put the work in over the winter as she finished in fourth place over the weekend at the Hurricane Junior Series stop in Alabama.
Knoth survived windy and chilly conditions at the Timberline Golf Club in Calera, Alabama to shoot 28-over. She shot an 81 Saturday and an 89 Sunday. Knoth finished 21 shots behind the winner and seven shots out of second place.
