
Union College football player Jase Polley has been named the Mid-South Conference Appalachian Division Special Teams Player of the Week.
The Christian County alum averaged 42.5 yards per punt on Saturday and launched a 76-yarder, which is the second-longest in program history. He also pinned Bluefield (Va.) inside its own 20-yard line once.
In addition to his punting duties, Polley played linebacker for the Bulldogs and recorded four total tackles in the 21-16 loss.
