Q Cager scored 16 points, one of seven players in double-figures, to help William Penn College beat Culver-Stockton 126-68 Tuesday. The Hopkinsville High alum added four points and four assists in the win.
For the season, Cager is averaging 11.1 points while shooting 56-percent from the field. He is second on the team with 3.5 assists per game.
William Penn is 18-1 and has won seven games in a row. They are ranked No. 3 in this week’s NAIA poll and received one first-place vote. The team’s streak of being ranked in the top 25 has now been extended to 49 consecutive polls.
