Heritage Christian Academy couldn’t overcome a slow start on the road Tuesday and fell to Northside Baptist 52-36.
The Mayfield school jumped out to a 15-2 lead and never led the Lady Warriors get to within single digits the rest of the first half.
HCA cut the deficit to nine points in the third quarter as Kinley Deason scored seven points and Hallie Zieg added six.
Bailey Craft led HCA with 11 points and three rebounds.
LeeAnn Richard led Northside Baptist with 21 points. Northside beat HCA 43-30 earlier this month.
HCA will play Micah Christian Thursday in the KCAA super regional at Bethel Christian.
