Caldwell County’s girls finished up the regular season on Saturday afternoon with a 63-48 victory over Lyon County.
The Lady Tigers had games scheduled for the final week of the regular season, but will opt out of those to try to avoid a quarantine situation for the upcoming 7th District tournament, which Caldwell will host.
Lady Tiger head coach Chuck Mitchell spoke about that situation following Saturday’s win and also said Caldwell’s postseason goals remain same – the Lady Tigers want to cut down nets.
