Five Lady Lyons scored in double figures, and Lyon County pulled away in the second half for a 72-48 victory at Paducah Tilghman Thursday night.
Lyon led its regular-season finale just 31-28 at halftime. But stretched the margin to 52-42 through three quarters.
The Lady Lyons outscored Tilghman 20-6 in the final frame to stretch the final margin to 24 points.
Lyon will take a 17-7 record into the 5th District tournament next week.
Rose Smith led Lyon with 20 points while Gracen Wynn had 18 points and 11 rebounds. Calista Collins added 11 points and 12 boards while Ella Defew also had 11 points. Hadlie Butler finished with 10 points.
Meanwhile, Tilghman (7-9) had just one player score in double figures. Rose Minter had 11 points. Abigail Wurth was next with nine.
The Lady Lyons will carry a three-game winning streak into postseason play. Lyon will face host Trigg County in the district semifinals Tuesday night in Cadiz.
