Aptly named Hopkinsville sophomore Trushaun Matt excelled on the mat at Saturday’s Region 1 wrestling tournament, finishing 3rd at 106lbs to spearhead a 7th-place finish for the Tigers.
After securing his spot at the semi-state meet, Matt talked about his day and his goal for the remainder of the season.
