University Heights Academy won the boys’ 8th District championship Wednesday night by getting past Hopkinsville 64-58 in overtime. The Blazers spent much of the night on the defensive end playing a 2-3 zone and Coach Grant Shouse stated he thought the zone helped to limit the shot opportunities for the Tigers.
