It didn’t take Hopkins County Central head coach Phillip Cotton long to have an impact on the Lady Storm.
In his first season as Hopkins Central, Cotton guided the Lady Storm to a 7th District championship, downing rival Madisonville-North Hopkins 46-45 in Friday’s championship game in Princeton.
