Caldwell County’s girls rolled to a 7-0 victory in tennis action at Union County on Monday.
The Lady Tigers took five singles’ matches.
Rachel McClung defeated Paige Buckman 8-0;
Josie Shaffer topped Nevaeh Driesbach 8-1;
Kegan Miller beat Kamille Theus 8-5;
Emma Peake downed Gabbi Powell 8-3;
and Avery Ritchie turned back 8-1.
In doubles:
McClung and Shaffer defeated Buckman and Theus 8-2;
and Peake and Ritchey beat Driesbach and Powell 8-4.
Caldwell will host Lyon County on Tuesday.
