Bell’s First Place Finishes Paces Lady Colonels at Invitational of the South

Helped by a pair of first-place finishes by Autumn Bell, Christian County finished eighth at the Invitational of the South Track and Field Meet Friday at Marshall County High School.

Autumn Bell – 1^st place in the triple jump [31-09]; 1^st place in the 400-meters [1:05.07]; 2^nd in the 200-meters [27.91]; 6^th in the long jump [14-06]

Cierra Ward – 2^nd in the triple jump [29-11.50]; 10^th in the long jump [14-01]; 26^th place in the 100-meters [14.78]

Taylor Dunn – 9^th in the 800-meters [2:49.41]; 11^th in the 1600-meters [6:38.48]

Janiyah Powell – 9^th in the discus throw [74-03]

Shaely Thibodeaux – 11^th in the 200-meters [30.27]; 18^th in the 100-meters {14.24]
