Senior Luke Welch had never experienced a UHA victory over Christian County in his career, but he was at the heart of the Blazers’ 9-1 win over the Colonels on Thursday night. Not only did he pick up the win on the mound with a complete-game performance, but he also sparked the Blazers at the plate with 3 RBI and a lead-off home run to tie the game at 1-1 in the 4th.
