Lyon County eighth grader Lilly Perry pitched two strong innings in the Lady Lyons’ 22-0 three-inning win over University Heights in the 2nd Region All A Classic semifinals on Tuesday.
Perry walked the first batter she faced, but came back to strike out the next four in a row. She finished with five Ks in her two innings of work.
Lyon will play again on Thursday when it hosts Caldwell County for the All A regional championship.
