Caldwell County’s Tate VanHooser will join a long list of former Tigers to play college baseball when it gets to Rend Lake College this fall.
VanHooser said he took note of the older Caldwell players when he was in middle school and wants to follow in their footsteps while also making his own way.
YSE spoke with VanHooser following a signing ceremony Wednesday afternoon at the VFW Ballpark.
