
The Heritage Christian Lady Warriors scored in every inning Tuesday afternoon as they rolled to a 12-2 win over the Academy for Individual Excellence. HCA used a five-run second inning to break an early 1-1 tie and take control of the game.
The Lady Warriors plated a run in the first, five in the second, one in the third, three in the fourth, and then ended the game with two more in the fifth inning.
Kinley Deason, Hallie Zieg, and Kate St. Martin all scored two runs for HCA. Deason also recorded three stolen bases in the contest.
Every slot in the batting order scored at least one run for the Lady Warriors.
Heritage Christian is set to close out the regular season Saturday on the road at North Hardin Christian.
