The Livingston Central Lady Cardinals rocked the UHA Lady Blazers for nine early runs and then rolled on to a 10-0 five-inning road win Thursday evening. The win was the 8th in their last ten games for the Lady Cardinals.
Livingston used three walks and a pair of singles to score three runs in the top of the first inning. Three Lady Blazer errors helped the Lady Cardinals in scoring six runs in the top of the second to extend the lead to 9-0. UHA was charged with four errors in the game.
Livingston Central pitcher Sydney Lasher pretty much had her way with the Lady Blazers, limiting them to one hit over five innings of work. She had 12 strikeouts while allowing only one walk.
Krista Keller had the only hit for University Heights.
The Lady Blazers fall to 5-11 with the loss and are scheduled to wrap up the regular season Friday evening when they host Hopkins Central.

As much as I appreciate this, it was not my daughter that started the game or pitched 5 innings, Sydney Lasher did. Thank you for recognizing Livingston Central, but your account of the game is not correct.
