After a pair of five-inning losses to Logan County during the regular season, Todd County Central senior Maddie Williams said the Lady Rebels had something to prove in Saturday’s 13th-District matchup with the top-seeded Lady Cougars.
After the Lady Rebels led for much of the game and looked poised to deliver an upset before falling to a late rally, Williams said a senior season playing for her dad and with her sister couldn’t have been better.
