Emma Talley will play the weekend at the LPGA MEDIHEAL Championship in Daly City, California.
Talley carded rounds of 71 and 75 on Thursday and Friday. She will enter Saturday’s third round at 2-over-par overall.
After a 1-under 71 in the first round, Talley got off to a quick start on Friday with birdies in two of her first three holes to get to 3-under overall.
However, Talley had five bogeys the rest of the way to fall to 2-over through 36 holes, but still safely under the cutline at 4-over.
Talley is one of six golfers tied for 52nd place.
Talley will tee off at 10:19 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time on Saturday (12:19 p.m. Central Time).
Danielle Kang leads the event at Lake Merced Golf Club at 7-under. Lauren Kim and first-round leader Leona Maguire are both 6-under.
