Micah Smith had a strong showing at the GO Junior Golf Series stop at Ben Hawes State Park Friday.
The Christian County High alum and Kentucky Wesleyan College signee got an early look at the Daviess County course with an 11-over par 82.
Smith’s day was good for a fourth-place finish – seven shots behind the winner, Braden Whistle of Owensboro.
