Landon Hunt capped the summer GO Junior Golf Series with a win at the southern championship at the Hopkinsville Golf and Country Club Thursday.
Hunt’s round of 78 gave the Christian County eighth-grader a two-shot win over Hopkinsville’s Andrew Riggs in the 13-15 age division.
Madisonville’s Ben Dickerson shot an 86 to finish third in Thursday’s event and capture the championship for the summer based on points.
Hopkinsville’s Joey Falco and Madisonville’s Paul Harris tied for sixth place with a round of 92.
