Madisonville finished in second place Saturday at the Dawson Springs Invitational held at Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park.
Paul Harris led the Maroons with a round of 81 that slotted him in fourth place for the day.
Max Clayton had a season-best round of 83 to come in as the Maroons’ No. 2 golfer for the day. Gavin Sheets shot an 85, J.T. Witherspoon added an 87, and Andrew Davis carded a 90.
Dawson Springs’ Addison Whalen took first place with a round of 73.
Trigg County won the team title with 330 points. Madisonville was six shots back in second with a 336.
