Landon Hunt and Houston George finished within one shot of each other at Saturday’s Paducah Tilghman Invitational at Paxton Park Golf Course.
Hunt shot a 79 to finish in a tie for 17th place, while George’s round of 80 tied him for 20th place.
Drew Finchem shot a 108 as Christian County didn’t have the four golfers necessary to post a team score.
Marshall County’s Trey Wall shot a 5-under 67 to edge teammate Ryan Stokes by one shot for the top spot. Madisonville’s Jackson Hill finished third with a 69.
Marshall County scored 281 points to beat St. May by 19 shots for the team title.
