
Heritage Christian Academy ran its record to 5-0 to start the volleyball season with a straight-set win at Legacy Christian in Bowling Green Tuesday.
HCA took the first set 25-9 with Lexie Crisp serving nine points and Mya Goodwin adding six service points. Elle Heltley had nine kills, and Goodwin had four.
In the second set, HCA won 25-7. Goodwin had ten service points with Heltsley and Tori Sutton putting six kills each on the scoresheet.
Heritage Christian will host Oak Ridge Christian Saturday afternoon at Warrior Gym and will play its first KHSAA contest in school history Tuesday at Christian County.
