The Caldwell County Tiger soccer team traveled to Calloway County on Monday but suffered a 5-2 setback to an always-solid Laker team.
Kristian Angeson-Paugh and Hunter Prince each had two goals for Calloway while Dalton Puckett added one goal.
It was the third-straight win for the Lakers, who are 5-2.
Blake Vivrette had a goal for the Tigers while an own goal by Calloway accounted for Caldwell’s other score.
The Tigers are now 2-4-1.
After visiting the 1st Region on Monday, the Tigers are scheduled to travel to the 3rd Region Tuesday night for a date at Ohio County.
