Trigg then faced their toughest challenge of the tournament to close out pool play as they took on Christian Community. The Lady Colts rolled past the Lady Wildcats 25-5 and 25-4.

Their standing in pool play put the Lady Wildcats into the 9th place game against Christian County. The Lady Colonels played in both the 7th place game and the 9th place game due to Crittenden County pulling out of the tournament. The Lady Colonels took the match in a straight-set sweep for their first win of the season, winning the sets 25-14 and 25-18.
