Trigg County’s Hunter Reynolds claimed medalist honors in a playoff in Tuesday’s three-team golf match at Princeton Golf Club.
Reynolds birdied the playoff hole on No. 1 after he and Marshall County’s Ryan Stokes, Gunner Hoover and Hayden Powell each finished at 3-over-par 39 after nine holes.
It was the fourth birdie of the day for Reynolds, who started his round with a triple-bogey 7 on No. 1 after he was unable to find his tee shot and had to re-tee.
Ty Butts had a 42 for the Wildcats while Dallas Ahart carded a 45 and Hayden Reynolds shot 48.
Marshall County took team honors with a 161. Trigg County was next with a 174 while Caldwell County shot a 192.
