Christian County’s Houston George took medalist honors Thursday afternoon in a four-school match at Western Hills Golf Course. George finished his round with a nine-hole score of 38 to take the top spot.
George’s teammate Landon Hunt tied for second place with a round of 42. Micah Austin, of Webster County, also finished the day with a 42.
Christian County turned in a team score of 190. Fort Campbell finished with a 209. Muhlenberg County was five shots further back with a team score of 214.
