Braden Graham is a 6-foot-1, Pro-style quarterback in the class of 2024 who plays for Super Bowl-winning quarterback Trent Dilfer at Lipscomb Academy in Nashville, Tennessee. Graham has yet to start a varsity football game at quarterback in his career but the talent is clearly there, as he has picked up two SEC offers already. Only a sophomore, he has been offered by both Kentucky and the University of Georgia and visited Mississippi this weekend.
Graham was recently on the University of Kentucky campus during the Kentucky football game against Missouri.
In speaking with him, Graham said, “I really enjoyed the atmosphere at the game with the crowd and how much they were into it.”
He also informed me that he plans to visit Georgia, Mississippi State, and Tennessee. Graham is also hoping to be in attendance for the Kentucky football game against Florida at Kroger Field Oct. 2.
New offensive coordinator Liam Coen is the lead recruiter for Kentucky with Graham. When asked specifically about Coen, he said “I love the changes he has made to the offense, and I really like the pro-style offense.”
He would go on to tell me when asked that he could see himself fitting in really well in a Coen-led offense.
Graham does not plan to announce a commitment or even announce a commitment date anytime soon. Since he’s only a sophomore, you would expect his decision to be sometime down the road.
However, he did tell me he “would like to make a decision on where to attend college sometime during my junior year, as I would like to have it done before I start my senior season.”
