Abby Moss had two goals and an assist as Hopkinsville’s girls blanked Caldwell County 3-0 Saturday in the Colonel Showcase at the Stadium of Champions.
Moss gave Hopkinsville the lead with her goal midway through the first half.
She struck again early in the second half, getting help from Emily Acosta in the 43rd minute to make it a 2-0 ballgame.
Grasen Givens put the game away with her goal from the right side of the net in the 60th minute. Moss assisted on that goal for Hoptown (7-6-1).
Vy Nguyen made 12 saves in the Hopkinsville net to record the shutout.
