Tickets for Kentucky’s Big Blue Madness on Oct. 15 at Rupp Arena were gobbled up online by UK fans in less than an hour. However, if you want to go to Madness and don’t have a ticket, you still have a chance to get a ticket.
Kentucky junior basketball player Emma King will be in downtown Stanford Sunday giving our 200 Big Blue Madness tickets. There will be a limit of one ticket per person for the 200 tickets and it is first-come, first-serve until they are gone.
Just like with the online distribution, there is no charge for the tickets — and no online handling fee for the ones King will be distributing.
King, a former Lincoln County standout and Kentucky Miss Basketball runner-up after her senior season, will be at the Lincoln County Courthouse steps with the 200 tickets.
King will be the only UK player in Stanford.
“I’m so glad they asked me to do this. I love being able to give back,” King said.
What about if fans want an autograph or picture with King?
“I’ll be happy to,” King said.
