After having his season cut short by a serious knee injury last year, Hopkinsville senior quarterback Jay Bland is back under center for the Tigers in 2019. On Friday night at McCracken County’s Mustang Midnight Mayhem 7 on 7 tournament, Bland said the Tiger offense is on track and the connection with wide receiver Reece Jesse is clicking.
