Nathan Morris was the top shooter for Hopkinsville Saturday as the Tigers claimed second place at the Trigg County Winter Warmup Archery Tournament.
Morris shot a 292 to finish second among high school males in the tournament. Only Murray’s Nick Welch (297) shot a higher score among the guys.
Chandler Neighbors shot a 289, and Lanie Brumfield carded a 282 for Hoptown.

As a team, Hopkinsville totaled 3,311 points to finish second behind Graves County (3,423) and 37 points ahead of third place Murray.
Gracie Stroh finished third among middle school females with a score of 273.
