Schedule
Teams can have a maximum of 14 regular-season games. Teams can not play in any single location events with more than eight teams.
Schools will only be allowed to play schools located in Kentucky or located in a county that directly borders Kentucky.
All districts that have voted to seed will be reduced to a one-game seed plan with the first game played counting as the seeded game.
Games in the All-A Classic and Kentucky 2A Championships may be rescheduled or moved to fit the schedule so as not to exceed the game limit.
The soccer postseason has been moved to Oct. 12 in order to condense the first three rounds into two weeks.
The KHSAA Board of Control is scheduled to meet again Aug. 20 to look at the state’s coronavirus case data and likely take action on whether to continue the soccer season as planned.
Some on-site logistics [crowd size, payment method, testing protocol, etc.] will likely be left up to each school district with those plans to be announced later.
