The Christian County boys’ golf team was in Owensboro on Friday to open its season at Ben Hawes Park Golf Course in the Daviess County Golf Invitational. The Colonels finished 9th, with Micah Smith and Houston George both shooting 82 to lead the way.
During one of the weather delays, George talked about being back on the course with his teammates.
