Cathryn Brown’s golf game is like watching a duck glide across a pond. Everything on top looks smooth, like Saturday when her round of 77 was good for a seventh-place tie at the Marshall County Invitational.
However, the Lyon County sophomore is working back from a hand injury suffered last month. Saturday was her first match in three weeks.
Underneath, Cathryn’s nerves work like a duck’s feet during a match. She says getting them under control is still a work in progress.
