Meghan Adams sparked Midway to the program’s first-ever win over IU-Southeast Sunday to stay unbeaten in River States Conference play.
Down two sets to one, Midway rallied to win the final two sets 25-21 and 15-12 with Adams playing a key part. The freshman had five kills, three digs, and three block assists in the final two sets.
The win came two days after Midway beat Brescia for the first time in six years. Midway is now 4-1 overall and 2-0 in conference play. They will play at Asbury Tuesday.
