Chase Hendricks posted a sub-20 minute time last year as a sophomore. The University Heights Academy cross country junior has beaten that mark three times so far in 2020, including a personal best time two weeks ago at Trigg County.
Hendricks’ time of 19:10 was good for 20th place at Trigg County. Another solid time of 19:49 Saturday at the Owensboro FastCats Invitational was good for 30th place.
Hendricks will be a key piece of the UHA cross country puzzle if they are to win a region cross country title in two weeks at Calloway County.
