2020 proved to be a frustrating season for Heritage Christian Academy senior Mikie Venable. In addition to COVID-19 limiting practice time, Venable dealt with a season-long injury that kept him off the field until the final week of the season.
Despite the setbacks, Venable was able to return and play in Heritage Christian Academy’s state semifinal game against Trinity Christian.
