After a 31-7 regular-season loss to Logan County that didn’t even feel that close, the Hopkinsville Tigers knew they needed to make some changes heading into Friday’s second-round playoff matchup with the host Cougars.
One of those changes included a first varsity start for junior Kemaure Mumford, and afterward, he talked about the Tigers’ defensive approach in the 42-20 win in the rematch.
