The Caldwell County Lady Tiger soccer team honored its top performers from this past fall during the team’s awards ceremony Sunday afternoon in the CCHS cafeteria.
Players honored were Karsyn Parker, MVP, Senior Award; Kelsie Adams, Best Defense, Coach’s Award, Senior Award; Kaylee McEnaney, Best Offense, Senior Award; Hannah Young, 110%, Senior Award; Nadya Hutchinson, Most Improved; Keegan Miller, Rookie of the Year, Antony Hart First Goal Award; JV Best Offense; Madison Smith, Antony Hart First Goal Award, Senior Award; Nevaeh Stoltenburg, Antony Hart First Goal Award; Abbey Hagan, Senior Award; Morgan McDaniels, Senior Award; Rachel McClung, JV MVP; and Marissa Smith, JV Best Defense.
The Lady Tigers went 6-6-1 in 2020, winning the regular-season district chase and getting the No. 1 seed for the 7th District tournament before finishing runner-up to Madisonville-North Hopkins.
