Lady Falcons Take Ninth at Marshall County Meet

The Fort Campbell girls track and field team finished ninth Friday at the Chuck Gullo Twilight Relays hosted by Marshall County High School.

The Lady Falcons scored 21 points to finish five points ahead of Mayfield and one point behind eighth-place Ballard Memorial.

The track meet, which honors long-time Marshall County track and cross country coach Chuck Gullo, offers several hybrid relay events in addition to normal jumping and relay events.

LADY FALCON SCORERS

Ava Roberts – 6^th in the 100-meter hurdles [21.33]

Madeline Thompson – 8^th in the 100-meter hurdles [22.23]; 9^th in the pole vault [6-06]

Jinny Joo – 9^th in the pole vault [6-06]

Kierstyn Patterson – 5^th in the javelin throw [59-01]; 12^th in the high jump [4-02]; 31^st in the discus throw [48-11]

Asia Cabili – 7^th in the triple jump [25-07]; 18^th in the long jump [12-03.25]

The 400-meter relay team finished 7^th with a time of 58.86.  The 800-meter relay team also finished seventh with a time of 2:02.33.

The sprint relay team was sixth in 2:09.77, and the 400-meter shuttle hurdle team was second.
