Destin Allen will continue his basketball career not far from his Webster County home with the Trojan alum announcing he will attend Brescia University.
Allen was an all-district and all-region guard at Webster County High where he is a member of the school’s 1,000-point club.
Allen led Webster County in both scoring at 16.8 points a game and rebounds at 7.6 in 2020-21. He was a key figure in Webster County’s run to the 2020 region championship game.
Brescia, an NAIA school in Owensboro, finished 3-12 in a COVID-shortened 2020-21 basketball season.
