Trigg County wrapped up its preseason football schedule Friday as part of a three-team scrimmage at Perdue Field with Calloway County and Russellville.
Wildcat Coach Chris Ezell was pleased with the progression of his defense compared to last week’s scrimmage at McLean County. The scrimmage was played in different formats that included 10 plays, down and distance, and red zone.
Trigg County opens the 2021 football season at Todd County Central Friday.
