The good news for the Trigg County Lady Wildcats and the Fort Campbell Lady Falcons soccer teams Tuesday evening was that they did not lose their respective soccer matches. The bad news for the two teams was that neither won their match either.
The Lady Wildcats and the Lady Falcons were paired up against each other Tuesday evening on post. The Lady Falcons entered the match looking for their first win of the season, while the Lady Wildcats were looking to make it three wins in their last four matches.
The two teams would end up battling to a 2-2 tie.
Allie Hill scored both goals for Trigg County. Maddie Morrow and Lania Hite had an assist each.
The tie leaves Trigg County standing at 3-2-1 on the year heading into Thursday night’s Class 2A sectional match at Paducah Tilghman.
Fort Campbell now stands at 0-2-1 as they roll into a district matchup at home Thursday evening against the UHA Lady Blazers.
