Caldwell County junior Claire Knoth shot an 82 on Tuesday in regional action at Murray Country Club to qualify for next week’s state golf tournament in Bowling Green.
After a bit of a struggle on the front nine, Knoth was even over the first seven holes of the back side. That was good enough to earn her the trip to state.
