One night after picking up their 11th win of the season, Heritage Christian Academy was sent to their third loss of the season Saturday in a 51-28 loss at Franklin Road Christian School in Murfreesboro.
HCA fell behind 16-2 after one quarter and trailed 24-6 at halftime. The Lady Warriors didn’t help their own cause, committing 21 turnovers in the contest. HCA had only eight field goals in the game, but did knock down 10 of 13 free throws.
Rachel West led the Lady Warriors with 13 points, while Hope Flournoy scored six.
Bekah Clayton scored 25 to lead FRCS.
Heritage Christian (11-3) returns to action Tuesday at Jo Byrns, TN.
