Yogi McKnight won the long jump and finished second in the triple jump at the Invitational of the South Saturday.
Helped by strong performances in the sprint and jump categories, Hopkinsville’s girls finished fifth at the Invitational of the South Track Meet Saturday at Murray State University.
Jakayla McSwain won the 400-meter dash and brought home two other top-five finishes, while Yogi McKnight had a pair of top two finishes in the long jump and triple jump.
Hoptown’s boys also had a top-ten finish, scoring 47 points to finish seventh out of 21 teams.
