Runners braved a steady morning rain to compete at the 39th Annual Marshall County Cross Country Invitational in Draffenville.
Hopkinsville’s Chase Atkins finished fifth in the boys’ varsity race with a time of 16:53. Henry County, Tennessee’s Silas Winders won the race in a time of 15:52.
Max DuBois finished 93rd in a time of 20:12, followed by Chance Jones (94th), and Ryker Glathar (155th).
Allison Wood led the Lady Tigers with a tenth place finish in a time of 21:07. Henry County’s Dinah Winders won the race in a time of 18:44.
Rebecca Wood finished 27th in the middle school girls’ race.
