After falling behind in the first quarter, the Hopkinsville boys’ basketball team played undefeated Webster County even over the last three quarters in a 61-54 loss to the host Trojans at the Fuller Physical Therapy Holiday Classic on Friday night.

Aden Winn and Destin Allen combined for 9 first-quarter points and the Trojans held the Tigers to single digits for a 15-8 lead after one.  Allen added 5 more in the second, but Hoptown’s Arthur McKnight got going with 7 in the quarter to keep the Tigers within 7 at the break.
